ARTWORK GUIDELINES

🎨 File Format & Resolution

For the clearest, sharpest print results on your rigid gift boxes:

Preferred vector formats: Submit artwork in PDF, AI, or EPS (ideal for scalable, crisp graphics).
Minimum resolution requirement: 300 DPI for all files, including raster images (JPEG/PNG).
This ensures your designs translate flawlessly to printed rigid gift boxes with no blurriness or pixelation.

✂️ Bleed & Safe Zone

To avoid cutting errors and ensure a perfect finish:

Bleed requirement: Add a 0.125″ (3mm) bleed to all edges of your design, to accommodate minor cutting inaccuracies during production.
Safe zone guideline: Keep all critical text, logos, and design elements at least 0.25″ (6mm) away from the finished edge, to prevent any important content from being cut off.

🎯 Color Mode

For accurate, consistent color reproduction on your rigid gift boxes:

Required color mode: CMYK (the industry standard for offset printing).
Note: RGB color mode is not suitable for print, as it will cause significant color shifts during production. Using CMYK guarantees your final printed colors match your original design as closely as possible.

✍️ Fonts & Line Weights

To eliminate printing issues and ensure readability:

Font handling: Convert all text to outlines (curves) to avoid missing font errors during production.
Minimum font size: 6pt to guarantee legibility on your rigid gift boxes.
Minimum line weight: 0.25pt to ensure lines do not fade or disappear in the final print.

✅ Proofing

Before final production:

Always review and approve a digital proof of your artwork. This step verifies the accuracy of colors, layout, text, and all design elements, allowing you to correct any issues before printing, saving time and avoiding costly reworks.

ORDER PROCESS

Step 1: Design & Quotation

We tailor the process to your needs:

If you have ready files/artwork: Send your design files to us, and we will provide a customized quotation accordingly.
If you don’t have files: Share your specific requirements, and our team will create a 3D render for your rigid gift box. Once the 3D model is confirmed, we will issue an accurate quotation.

Step 2: Provide Artwork Template

After the quotation is confirmed, we will send you a professional template for you to finalize your artwork design.

Step 3: Make Sample

We will produce a physical sample of your rigid gift box for your approval, ensuring the structure, size, and finish meet your expectations.

Step 4: Mass Production

Upon your sample approval, we will start full-scale mass production of your rigid gift boxes in our 30,000㎡ production base, guaranteeing stable capacity and on-time delivery.

Step 5: Strict Quality Control

Every batch of rigid gift boxes goes through a comprehensive quality inspection to ensure premium quality and consistency.

Step 6: Worldwide Shipping
